So i cancelled my councillor subscription about a week ago because i found i was able to budget in a rank up to goddess c: my subscription officially ended on may 11th! However it is now the 12th, i am now running on residual banked gold account time and my subscription should have ended (therefore it should clear and allow me to sign up for the goddess tier) but it seems to be stuck on saying “CANCELLED: your subscription ends on 05/11/24” :c Am i just being impatient? I was really hoping to be able to resubscribe once subeta time rolled over into the next day ;n; or is it glitching?

Turns out i am just a super impatient person lol SORRY don’t mind me c: i was in the end able to resubscribe!

off top of my head Id say it might be glitched and would file a ticket, on another hand if its using paypal it might not allow it anymore since its having issues on the CSC side with that service

it is using paypal (i’m in canada and can’t pay any other way :c ) and if that means that i can’t resubscribe i think i’m actually going to cry ;n; i really hope that isn’t the case! Thank you for responding ♥️ i’ll file a ticket, anyways!

honestly Im not sure if paypal is affecting the subscriptions or not..am curious if you see like apple pay etc or if you use those

OH NEVERMIND it just refreshed and i was able to resubscribe!! Turns out i WAS just being impatient ahahaha woops 🤪 Thank you so much for your help and time anyways, c: ♥️
